Description :

Our client is a listed H-Share FT1000 firm and also listed in US, providing technology and communication services to the markets globally.

Act as in-house counsel to provide professional legal advice and support

Responsible in ensuring that corporate regulatory requirements are complied with and across relevant jurisdictions

Draft, review and advise on general legal and business documentation

Work closely with external parties / internal departments to ensure the group of companies in compliance with regulatory requirements in company secretarial perspective

Organize board meetings and assist in preparing / reviewing / translating corporate announcements with legal angle

Seek consultation and co-ordinate with outside counsel and relevant professional advisers

Requirement : :

Bachelor Degree or above in Corporate or Commercial Law or equivalent

5+ years' of corporate legal experience with HKICS / ICSA is preferably

Strong knowledge of Listing Rules, Company Ordinance and Corporate Law

Excellent presentation and communication skills and be a good team player

Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, hands-on

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
