Marketing Director
Hong Kong


  • Oversee the marketing budget across digital channels and work collaboratively with regional heads to establish regional marketing budgets for omni-channel usage.
  • Monitoring key metrics in customer acquisition costs and ROI on budget spent to ensure marketing efficiencies are aligned with business parameters.

  • Lead development of demand channel planning from nurturing core markets to developing emerging markets for future expansion across our various product segments and marketing channels.
  • Engage with external parties and brands to develop relationships on marketing opportunities and outreach; maintaining insights on opportunities and risk in our industry and market landscape.
  • Consistent evaluation of marketing and overall digital strategies to present a comprehensive POV on effectiveness in achieving our business goals and potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally across global marketing, digital marketing, content, customer, special projects and regional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of sales and traffic performance through communications with merchandising and buying team to align on marketing and promotion calendars.
  • Prepare and present marketing strategy documents, quarterly business reviews, and executive-level presentations for alignments on strategies, performance and business direction.
  • Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in a multi-brand e-commerce / digital marketing role, experience in luxury & contemporary fashion would be a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrates experience in creating and implementing digital and marketing initiatives that are scalable for high growth trajectory.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize, multitask, and focus.
  • Passionate about fashion and HYPEBEAST culture.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Marketing Manager.
