Luxury Strategy Lead

Position Summary :

Working within the PR Asia Le Cercle Centre of Transformation, this role is responsible for co-developing a Le Cercle luxury strategies of the Asia region, and their translation into local acceleration plans.

The role will gather business intelligence on the markets and the Luxury industry to help formulate the said strategy, as well as detailed recommendations for portfolio and pricing policies.

The role will work with a team, comprising as well a Data Lead and an RTM Lead, under the leadership of the Le Cercle Asia Business Director.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy design Helps markets landscape most relevant Prestige and Luxury strategy in Asia region, consistent with the Asia 2030 ambition.
  • Steers overall the Le Cercle Asia strategic planning in collaboration with all related teams (Market Cos, Global COE, RTM and business intelligence etc.).

  • Portfolio Work with Brand Cos to define portfolio availability and establish synergies across markets.Develops portfolio strategies through internal & external business data analysis, recommends actions to optimize the product portfolio, to ensure the best performance in region.
  • Pricing Assesses regional Prestige portfolio and pricing strategy with the markets.Drives and implement dynamic pricing and positioning strategy definition with competitive environment analysis, price comparison and trend identification.
  • Business intelligence Co-works with COE Data Lead to build a business intelligence roadmap by prioritising, selecting key topics and mobilizing the right resources.
  • Creates, drives and leads the market insight and business intelligence strategy for the future at short, mid & long-term perspective.

  • Skills / Qualifications / Experience :

    Essential :

  • Strong business acumen with proficiency with strategic planning in marketing plans / branding
  • Proficiency with product launch and lifecycle marketing activities
  • Knowledge of Wine & Spirits industry and related product
  • Competency of Strategic thinking
  • Good communication skills and open minded
  • Market research knowledge
  • Project management skills and very detailed oriented
  • Ability of problem solving and conflict management
  • Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years’ experience in above areas
  • Fluent English
  • Desirable :

  • New product launch experience at a portfolio product companies
  • Exposure at an Asia regional business markets with solid understanding for specific RTM experience
