CyberArk is looking for an energetic ISR to manage the accounts in Hong Kong & Korea. This role will require the person to do 1) Software Maintenance Renewal and 2) Inside Sales Representative (ISR).

This person will be measured on both roles for a specific geographical territory.

For Maintenance renewal role, the person will be responsible to drive all maintenance and subscription renewal revenue and renewal rate for an assigned territory.

He / She will be working with the various internal teams and / or Channel Partners to identify the list of projects that will expire in the upcoming months and start the process to renew them.

Being the front line to the customers, you will educate on effective license management, be able to sell against cancellation, and confidently articulate the value of CyberArk.

For the ISR role, the person will be responsible to identify and qualify leads and opportunities. He / She will collaborate with various internal teams and Channel Partners to drive new business opportunities and then hand them over to the Field sales or Channel Partners for closure.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identity new business opportunities.
  • Run outbound emails and calls to establish interest
  • Hand-over to Sales team or Partner to progress the opportunity.
  • Understand and communicate CyberArk’s role in the privileged account security space
  • Educate prospects / customers & partners about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to drive engagement
  • Manage and track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Drive traffic to various online and offline events including (but not limited to) tradeshows, webinars, Lunch and Learns and seminars
  • Supports the local partners in the execution of joint marketing campaigns and events
  • Generate renewal quotations for customer / partners
  • Ensure integrity of customers in the system
  • Support extended sales team in complex deals
  • Requirements :

    Strong communication skills with the need to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese due to region coverage

    Ideally 4-7 years experience of solution-based selling in Technology / IT, Saas experience is bonus

  • Pipeline management : Tightly manage the renewal sales cycle including selling against cancellations, assisting customers through the sales cycle, and updating the CRM system according to documented processes.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM software

    Ability to multi-task and prioritise while achieving sales quota

    Strong collaborator and works well in a matrix organization

    High energy, self-motivated, persistent & stay motivated through ambiguity
