Develop and deliver training sessions on Agile related topics
Provide advisory services to senior clients on organizational and process changes to promote Agile adoption
Guide teams along the Agile journey, provide feedback and improvement pointers
Work with client to develop strategy for organizational adoption of Agile, including training and development plans
Skills and Expertise
Bachelor’s level at major university
Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
Proven track record of Agile coaching and / or training in large organizations
Experience of working with diverse and distributed teams in a complex working environment
Technical knowledge (F / E development, B / E development, SA etc) a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to coach, influence, inspire and motivate
In-depth knowledge of popular Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, SAFe
Knowledge of DevOps
Professional experience with Agile tools such as Confluence and Jira
Proficiency in spoken and written English a must
