  • Assist Head of Sales and Marketing to develop overall marketing strategy and budgeting
  • Plan and execute strategic marketing plan for individual feature film
  • Formulate media campaign, prepare competitive and post-release analysis together with media agency
  • Explore and conduct cost effective marketing promotion and grassroots with cinemas and partners
  • Supervise production house to develop and submit advertising materials on a timely manner (e.g. TV spots, artwork, catch line, proofreading, logistics etc.)
  • Supervise the preparation of in-theatre marketing materials
  • Supervise the collection of data, competitive campaigns and industry information
  • Strategize and Develop social media / digital / online marketing campaigns
  • Keep track of current trends and consumer behavior in order to recommend creative and effective marketing activities
  • Collaborate with star talents and influencers in promoting feature films
  • Plan and Execute screening programs and gala premiere independently
  • Manage publicity and press relationship
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experienced in people management who has proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire high performance
  • Pro-active organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong theatrical market and landscape
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English and Chinese coupled with great presentation skills
  • First class knowledge of all aspects of marketing
  • Proven track record of devising and executing innovative marketing campaigns which impact contribution
  • Outstanding budget management skills
  • Persuasive communicator and assertive networker who builds relationships with both internal and external contacts
  • Experience of working within a dynamic and fast paced demanding environment
  • Solution orientated, commercially focused and resilience trained
  • Understands consumer dynamics and motivations, identifies and analyses trends, and utilizes market research to develop and influence strategy
  • Degree / Diploma holder in marketing disciplines
  • Min. 10 years in films or related industry with 2 years or above in similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powepoint
