Coordinate and plan global / regional campaigns as part of the team

Deliver a thought piece to our clients on a trend on SEM / Programmatic / Social
What your day job looks like at Wavemaker :
Supporting our digital team for a specific client business group :
Support core client teams in performance planning related to performance marketing campaigns with emphasis on paid search, programmatic, social
Coordinate with client / creative partners on creative assets
Set up campaigns and keep monitoring campaign performance and pacing, as well as conduct performance analyses on a regular basis, using a data informed approach to optimize campaigns
Work with line / data manager to complete reporting requirements : competitive insights, post buys, proof of activity, acceptance as required
Support on financial procedures and ensuring bookings and billings on system are accurate and up to date
Proactively sharing media innovation news and organizing expert POVs from within the Wavemaker network to ensure relevance for clients for all things Performance related
Regularly liaising with the main paid search and Shopping ads specialists (e.g. Google, Bing) to ensure we are constantly updating clients on their latest products and services
Liaise and communicate effectively with client and internal parties globally
Receive briefs and work on campaign planning to meet objectives
Show strong project management skills to help keep team on schedule with deliverables
Present ongoing findings and propose optimization strategies to clients regularly
Ensuring strong knowledge on or willingness to about all the tools that are readily available - be they proprietary, syndicated or third party.

Minimum qualifications :
Minimum 1.5 year of digital performance marketing experience, with search engine background
Good command in Cantonese & English (Mandarin is a plus)
Regional or global experience preferable but not mandatory.
Detailed minded and highly organized person
Able to work independently but also a good team player
Great numeracy skills and ability to think critically
Think strategically with a proactive attitude.
