The State Key Laboratory of Advanced Displays and Optoelectronics Technologies (SKL of ADT) needs to fill several postdoctoral / research associate / research assistant positions for OLED-related projects.
The primary responsibility of the postdoctoral fellows / research associates in Project I is to develop fabrication methods for ultrahigh-resolution OLED displays while postdoctoral fellows / research associates in Project II will develop long-lived blue devices for display applications and investigate the device degradation mechanisms.
Research assistants in both projects will assist the principal investigators in carrying out experiments in the laboratory, including deposition of thin films, photolithography, OLED device fabrication and characterization.
For Postdoctoral Fellows / Research Associates in Project I , applicants should have a PhD in electrical and electronic engineering, material science, or related disciplines, with experience in semiconductor devices and micro-fabrication techniques.
Knowledge in OLED devices and various thin-film deposition processes and material characterizations is desirable.
For Postdoctoral Fellows / Research Associates in Project II , applicants should have a PhD in chemistry, physics or material science with an in-depth knowledge in OLED materials and device physics.
For Research Assistants in Project I&II , applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering.
General knowledge in semiconductor materials and devices is preferable.
Appointees under both projects are expected to be proficient in both oral and written English. (Duration : 1 year, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
