To work and liaise with factories, internal supporting departments (Creative, Engineering and Compliance, Finance, and Shipping Teams) and customers for order management full responsibility from start to finish including preproduction sampling, overlooking audits / testing, production / shipment planning, quality control review, and final delivery, etc.
Develop sales plan and merchandising plan, analyzing profits and sales data to determine customer preferences, to analyze product profitability and to forecast sales.
Generate sales through customer account development and relationship management, including trade show participation, exhibition organization, cost estimation, quotation price & terms negotiation, orders follow up to shipment and excellent sales services.
Arrange product displays with the goal of maximizing product appeal, working closely with our Designers for creating layout plans for both specific shelves and the overall space in showroom.
Stock the shelves and rotate products as needed
Conduct regular audits, review and remove damaged / discontinued stock to maintain standards
Assess the quantity of products precisely to ensure the stock neither runs out nor becomes excessive
Manage inventory information (e.g. delivery transactions, changes in product status, and item counts, etc.)
Play a supporting role in Sales related activities project sampling, sourcing and product development, marketing campaigns for new products.
Execute the above following standard operating procedures and workflows
Form 5 or above
At least 3 years solid working experience, specifically in Merchandising roles
Strong experience in merchandising role for international trading company is a MUST, with strength in all areas from marketing, operations, documents, logistics, and payments.
Preferably with experience with listed retailers in USA & Europe markets, including customers such as Target, and Walmart, etc.
Experience in seasonal consumer electronic products, including TECH (audio, power, mobile accessories, etc.), toys, health & wellness, home & household are highly preferred.
Able to cope with fast pace environment and to work under pressure
Strong multi-tasking abilities, resourceful, proactive and attention to details
Strategic, critical thinking and sales oriented with good business sense
Strong data analysis skills and good at inventory management
All round innovative individual with good problem solving skills
Responsible, committed and trustworthy individual
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook)
Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
