Develop strategy to capture and effectively utilize data in Derive marketing strategies in all market segments to maximizing profitability
Review cost and budget for each marketing strategies by analysis and appropriate projection, ensure an effective cost control on each program
Plan and oversee the implementation of promotion strategies
Experienced in customer insight tracking tools and provide recommendation on how to leverage to maximize ROI
Define digital marketing strategy on customer / membership acquisition & retention via the social media, digital marketing tools available in the market (i.
e. SEM & SEO, eDM) and re-targeting tools
Develop project timeline with agencies and internal stakeholder, ensures timely implementation
Monitor program performance and make adjustment to achieve target result wherever appropriate
Bachelor degree or above
At least 10 years relevant experience specializing in digital marketing and consumer insight strategy development
Retail operations / Catering / FMCG experience preferred
Proven ability in stakeholder management from both technical & business perspectives
Strong sense of business analysis and acumen
Innovative and open minded
Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
