RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle general office administrative & HR works
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including but not limited to data entry, filing, scanning, copying of documents, register all incoming and outgoing correspondence, handling incoming phone calls, emails and faxes, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 1 years of work experience
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficient in computer skills & Good computer knowledge in MS Word &.Excel
  • Responsible, independent and self-motivated
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
