This position is responsible leading large andcomplex project teams and / or programs and is accountable for the overallmanagement, planning and delivery of the portfolio of the Hong Kong Technologyprojects / programs.
This role isinstrumental in managing and executing integrated internal and vendortechnology solutions and proposing strategic roadmaps.

Program Management :
Provide assistance withevaluating business projects and proposing and sizing the related technologybuilds and integrations..
Create transparency into the PMOand ongoing production support capital and operating expenses and budgets.
Direct and coordinates thedelivery of multiple projects from idea to implementation.
Proactively leads the team andvendors to deliver high quality products with minimal defects.
Partner with the PMO tocontribute best practices and transform the organisations software developmentcapabilities.
Oversee the development anddeployment of IT project delivery methodology and templates based upon bestpractice
Oversee the development of the ITplans and budgets in relation to project delivery, ensuring transparency.
Financial Management :
Partner with Finance to developand track project metrics
Monitor performance andimprovement in key metrics
Deliver operationalimprovement and financial benefits to meet or exceed annual targets
Typicallyrequire a tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field
Minimum of7-10 years of proven IT leadership and program and project delivery experiencein the financial services industry
Deepunderstanding of the delivery methodologies of Agile and SDLC
Ability tomake insightful, successful decisions
Competentdelivering results through ownership & drive
