  • Our corporate strategy team offers unique perspective to senior leaders about present and future opportunities, threats and provides insights-based recommendations to make choices in line with growth and differentiation objectives.
  • The Merger & Acquisition team will develop and maintain the pipeline of opportunities and leads the entire process from initial contact al the way to finalization of transactions that design the future of the company.
  • The Sustainable development team is responsible for defining the ambition, monitoring and fast-tracking , in order to meet Planet and People needs today, without compromising on those of future generations.
  • The Corporate Citizenship team has the essential task of ensuring that we contribute to local community welfare, philanthropy, and live up to our social, economic, environmental, and ethical responsibilities.
  • The Influence & Standardization team is responsible for anticipating and providing deep insight into game-changing trends, as well as grow our influence through an embedded networking and content strategy.

  • Corporate Strategy Internship

    Main Role :

    Support the corporate strategy team by developing content for strategic topics. Conduct research with a high level of synthesis, applying business judgement and an understanding of Schneider Electric’s solutions and organization to formulate hypotheses for investigation and analysis.

    Main tasks may include :

  • Business intelligence and market research
  • Identifying, collecting, and synthesizing relevant information (macroeconomic, competition, market studies, field data, etc.)
  • Building or refining financial models
  • Preparing interview guides and conducting meetings with internal & external stakeholders or subject matter experts
  • Developing analyses and communicating recommendations through reports and presentations
  • Contributing to the knowledge database and development of internal tools
  • Qualifications

    Who we are looking for ?

  • MBA student / recent graduate
  • Pursued a degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Master internet search tools, MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, ability to synthetize, influence & convince, communication & storytelling, action-oriented, digitally savvy, dare to disrupt
  • Good financial literacy preferred
  • Knowledge of the different businesses and markets of Schneider Electric a plus
  • Multi-cultural exposure and international mindset strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English, fluent in one additional language a plus
  • For Hong Kong hire), Fluent in English and Mandarin, additional languages a plus
