Purpose and overall relevance for the organization :

Develop, implement, govern and manage local Compensation and Benefits programmes and processes for assigned countries as well as contribute to global Compensation, Benefits and Cross Border Employment tools, programmes and processes.

Partner closely with Cross Border Employment team to support relocation cases within the geographic border of assigned countries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute and implement global programs in the locations
  • Support the on-going management of global programs in the locations, including but not limited to : Job Evaluation, market surveys, prepare and update market reference pay ranges per assigned countries
  • Enable / Create Compensation package proposals for HRBPs / Line Managers
  • Definition, design and maintenance of local Compensation, Benefits concepts and policies within global frameworks, including creation and updating policy documents as well as input for the required works council agreements where applicable
  • Implement, improve, and communicate local Compensation, Benefits and global Compensation, Benefits; partner with Cross Border Employment teams for relocation cases
  • Collaborate with GBS / HR Services to enable excellent administration of Compensation, Benefit policies, tools and processes where applicable.
  • Partner with local HR Administration and Payroll to ensure flawless administration of Compensation, Benefits and Cross Border Employment programs and processes

  • Co-design and execute change management concepts for local, strategic and global Compensation and Benefits programs
  • Provide technical and process trainings to HRBPs / GBS where applicable
  • Contribute to creation, preparation, delivery of local / individual communication on global, local and strategic Comp & Benefits programs
  • Accountable to ensure full compliance with legal, labour relations, tax and social insurance requirements for assigned countries

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to create effective, and successful working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • Relevant University degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of overall international work experience in Rewards and in an international and matrix environment
  • Strong Project Management and process design experience
  • Experience in business computing solutions / HRIS
