Regional Communication Manager who focuses on Digital Media and Influencers will manage the execution of all digital media & public relations strategies and programs applied in Earned Media Channels with markets and Central teams to complement the mansion's e-

PR & press relations strategies.

This position is responsible for providing a wide-range of support to the Central Digital, Media and Public Relations teams, to support and extend their PR activities, editorial coverage, Influencer Management, and special events.

He or She will also liaise with local marketing teams to strategize and align initiatives with their programs.

  • Manage Earned Media processes, KPIs and evaluation Maximization of the influencer strategy (processes, how to work the relationship etc.
  • Digital editorials in vertical and webzine sites E-PR Monitoring (choosing the right supplier, implementing the tool in all our countries, monthly reporting, coordination with Central teams)

  • Coordinate across all stages of e-PR and influencer programs, including global strategy, content capture and report compilation + distribution
  • Identify and manage relationships with key cultural and digital influencers who align with the brand's message, aesthetic and lifestyle
  • Facilitate internal communication across Central teams regarding events, campaigns, editorial efforts and influencer programs for aligned Central strategy and brand coverage
  • Oversee management of influencer database
  • Manage budget for projects and initiatives
  • Digital media monitoring : Identify and compile into report all key social media coverage from influencers, editorial outlets and relevant digital media channels for campaigns / initiatives
  • Create / develop internal presentations and collateral materials
  • Oversee research, analytics and contact lists for digital media PR
  • Profile

  • At least 5 years of PR related experience and digital / social related marketing and communication
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment
  • Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Aptitude for immediately developing a highly organized approach to managing multiple projects
  • Ability to quickly absorb the spirit of Dior in e-PR and influencer management perspectives
  • Broad life experience and sharp editorial skills (writing, editing, grammar, proofreading etc.) along with a high-level of creativity which can be channeled into appropriate expression within the Dior context
  • A strong aesthetic sensibility and exposure to understanding of beauty, fashion, photography, and / or art is required;
  • an easy-going personality is essential as is a poised, friendly demeanor in business-social situations and the personal decision to live and work in a creative context

  • Patience and persistence on a personal level is also essential
  • Required traveling in the region
