The Business Valuation Team within Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited is looking for a talented and experienced valuation professional to join our fast-growing practice. Responsibilities:Manage overall client engagement process including designing the engagement scope, overseeing the valuation analysis, ensuring timely delivery of the projects, and managing the risk associated with the engagements.Perform business and intangible asset valuations for various purposes including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, public listing, and bank financing.Design/update financial models for financial instruments and perform valuations on options, convertible bonds, preferred shares, financial guarantees, etc.Perform valuation/validation on private equity fund investmentsBuild, maintain and enhance client relationships.Provide managerial and technical support to fellow team members.
Qualifications:Master’s in finance/Accounting or MBA degree in a reputable college/university, CFA and/or CPA is a plus.Minimum five years of valuation experience in first-tier financial consulting or accounting firms.Experienced with valuations related to financial reporting requirements such as impairment testing, purchase price allocation, employee option pricing, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technical and financial modeling skills.Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple engagements and manage/meet client expectations.
