Implement brand strategies of banner and assist in the development of the brands’ positioning to strengthen the brand equity
Ensure all communications aligned with brand guidelines to drive the business objectives
Interpret and leverage market research from multiple sources to support strategy and brand building activities
Understand the store brand identity of Dairy Farm and translate this to excellence in execution at store level
Partner with store design team on translating the brand strategy into suitable visual merchandising equipment, customized for various stores sizes and environments
Do you have experience in brand marketing?
Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience especially in brand marketing and brand equity
Strong in stakeholder management, self- motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
