Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer services to the customers.
Greet and welcome walk-in & phone-in customers according to the established service standard
Handle customer enquiries and requests, and always seek advice from supervisor for proper handling of customer complaint as and when necessary
Perform loan processing and administrative duties
Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds and handle repayment over the counter
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :
Experience in Consumer Finance / banking industry is preferable
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
With initiative, pleasant personality and willing to learn
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Branch Officer.
