Provides strategy and direction on Commercial insurance business
Lead business growth through implementation of strategies, initiatives with our bank partners
Develop new bank partnerships and engage existing bank partners across multiple trade and business departments
Effective servicing and development of the partner base and growth of new business
Manage all associated tasks and activities for strategy, growth, profitability, business planning, performance management, people management etc.
Working with underwriting team to achieve target
Increase adoption of digital technology
Enabling our partners to provide valuable service and continuously enhance customer relationship Build customer loyalty aligned with our QBE value proposition
Managing internal and external stakeholder’s expectation
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Professional qualifications in insurance or related disciplines
Self-driven and result-oriented
Strategic thinker with ability to build strong and lasting relationship
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with positive working attitude and willing to learn
Good knowledge and understanding of general insurance products
