  • The FOT and customer focused consulting team spans the whole range of our clients' customer and digital transformation needs - from strategy to business model design to execution / implementation;

  • Responsibilities

    The role will be based in Hong Kong and work regionally with our Financial Services consulting team to support multinational and domestic clients by :

  • Assess, design and implement front office focused and customer centric solutions
  • Be knowledgeable on the front office technology solutions (e.g. CRM tools, MarTech, etc.) available
  • Develop proof of concepts and prototypes related to front office solutions and enhancements
  • Apply a human centric design approach when addressing client problems
  • Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge in industry leading practices and trends related to sales, marketing and client services, and overall customer needs
  • Be able to lead engagements, while also work collaboratively across multiple teams (e.g. industry specific teams, technology teams, etc.)
  • Prior experience in select areas, such as sales acceleration & distribution effectiveness, service & engagement transformation, customer relationship management, channel strategy & effectiveness, pricing & profitability, customer and front office data and analytics, digital transformation, etc.
  • You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

  • Write, facilitate and present concepts (proposals and engagement deliverables) across all levels of internal stakeholders and the clients.
  • Manage project execution and delivery, as well as manage and execute on internal campaigns related to FOT
  • Develop thoughtful leadership on trends related to FOT and customer
  • Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone.
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.
  • Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their development.
  • Use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's / client's expectations.
  • Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the firm and our clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.

  • Preferred skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher related to business, economics, etc.
  • Working experience in management consulting, customer experience, CRM or customer facing technology, or customer facing / problem solving capacity
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge on customer centric trends, leading practices and customer / front office related technology solutions
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a strong sense of ownership;
  • Bi / Multi-lingual (English + at least one Asian language)
  • Based in HK but travelling expected
