Are you looking to start your career in Event Management or are you looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a newly created role as Event Administrator to join our Awards Events Team, assisting with the day to day administration and coordination for an array our flagship B2B awards.

Overview Reporting into the Head of Awards, you will work across our leading awards & training events, including our industry leading Agency of the Year Award.

Your will be responsible for the day to day administration of Haymarket Brand Media’s awards in Asia, including onsite and offsite event support.

You’ll be articulate, superbly organized with a high level of attention to details and a team player, but we also want somebody to bring their own flair to the role.

You’ll be an administrator for all projects you are working on, so it is imperative that you quickly familiarise yourself with the role and all the teams involved in each project / event!

Key Responsibilities

  • Event administration and coordination of all awards & training events
  • Administration and coordination with vendors and internal accounts on billing & payment
  • Administration support and coordinate on event table sales bookings
  • Website administration including pre-launch, shortlist and post event upload
  • Coordinate travel arrangements related to events
  • Sponsorship activation and coordination
  • Conduct research and compile analysis on feedback reports
  • Prepare pre & post event reports, presentations and meeting materials when require
  • Assist in events administrative work and ad hoc assignment
  • Requirements

    To be eligible to apply for this position, good-to-have skills :

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) is a MUST
  • 2-3 years working experience preferably in advertising industry, event / training management but not essential
  • Strong administration / project management / secretarial skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge in Wordpress and Bizzabo is an advantage but not a must
  • Resilient and demonstrate can do attitude, multi-tasking mind, attentive
  • Able to perform under stress while meeting deadlines
  • Act as a team player and support team members, whenever needed
