We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Manager Relationship Manager Stream - Wealth and Personal Banking.

Principal responsibilities

  • Drive and support the implementation of Asia Wealth strategic to frontline relating to Branch Leaders and RM population
  • Ensure all wealth leaders and staff have the skills required via establishing capability development programs as per Group’s wealth employee proposition
  • Drive Divisions / Branches to support and take active participation in all programs and activities
  • Encourage teamwork to improve work efficiency by building trust among staff
  • Develop and maintain close working relationship with various AMH teams to leverage on their expertise and support to implement activities in the most cost efficient manner
  • Coordinate and implement Asia Wealth projects with various stakeholder
  • Foster and develop a customer centric environment by continuously identify opportunities with stakeholders for improvement on the overall project development
  • Understand customer segments and needs, in particular Jade and Premier
  • Ensure all Jade / Premier related programs and campaigns are customer centric and compelling
  • Contribute to high staff productivity and operational effectiveness via launching of Asia Wealth initiatives
  • Knowledge of Group compliance, Operational Risk and other control guidelines for Retail Banking and Wealth Management and maintains HSBC internal control standards
  • Requirement

  • University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
  • Experience in the financial or banking sector, Premier Relationship Management experience is a plus
  • Understanding of how value is created within the Premier segment, both for the customers and the Bank
  • Good understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management products and services
  • Experience in project management from development to implementation of plan
  • Ability to work independently as well as able to interact with various teams effectively with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and lateral thinking skills
  • Highly motivated and a team player
