Marketing Manager, Customer Value Management

In this position, you will :

  • To explore the opportunities and provide recommendations / insight of customer loyalty and marketing programs
  • Manage the team members to work closely with business and channel teams on campaign management including campaign design and evaluation etc.
  • Responsible for customer be havioural analysis and evaluation, channels analysis, development and maintenance of propensity models for cross-selling and retention, marketing campaign management
  • Work with internal and external parties to formulate new products / service / offers and roll-out programs.
  • Program tracking and provide analysis after programs launch
  • Monitor competitors; keep track on the market trend
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials, written reports and proposals
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
  • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines
  • Over 5 years of working experience in consumer marketing / Telecom industry
  • Experience in implement end to end acquisition program, developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Good understanding in business operations
  • Good coordination, project management, multitasking and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in IT system is a plus
