In this position, you will :
To explore the opportunities and provide recommendations / insight of customer loyalty and marketing programs
Manage the team members to work closely with business and channel teams on campaign management including campaign design and evaluation etc.
Responsible for customer be havioural analysis and evaluation, channels analysis, development and maintenance of propensity models for cross-selling and retention, marketing campaign management
Work with internal and external parties to formulate new products / service / offers and roll-out programs.
Program tracking and provide analysis after programs launch
Monitor competitors; keep track on the market trend
Assist in preparation of presentation materials, written reports and proposals
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines
Over 5 years of working experience in consumer marketing / Telecom industry
Experience in implement end to end acquisition program, developing marketing plans and campaigns
Good understanding in business operations
Good coordination, project management, multitasking and presentation skills
Knowledge in IT system is a plus
