Provide administrative support to postgraduate student matters including day-to-day administration of student records and related work processes, provision of secretarial support to committees and executive support in outreach events / promotional activities, coordination of new projects initiated by the School and collaboration projects with the Mainland / overseas universities;
and perform any other duties as assigned.
Travelling to the Mainland China and other countries will be required.
A good honours degree with at least 7 years’ post-qualification working experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
high level of communication and interpersonal skills; being self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and cope with multi-tasks situations;
and being attentive to details are required. Candidates with relevant working experiences with Mainland universities would be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
