We are looking for someone who is a curious problem solver, passionate about technology & creativity and thrives in a fast paced, innovative and collaborative environment.
This role is the key coordinator for delivery of digital projects, connecting a variety of disciplines and team members together to ensure projects are launched on time, with impeccable quality.
You will be joining our well established digital team in Hong Kong.
You will track budgets and schedules, managing scope, creating project plans, assessing risk, and help manage a strategy, design & development team to successful project completion.
You will report into the Digtial team and support them at the front lines for client contact.
You will know how to steer projects while always keeping the client's needs in mind and strategic about when you can handle issues cropping up, and when it's time to escalate before it's too late.
You will support the client service team through the discovery and design process to arrive at a business / technical specification that developers can execute upon
You will demonstrate knowledge of digital architecture, user experience, design, content, SEO / search, social media, and analytics.
You will need to understand the client's vision for the end deliverable. Is it up to quality standards? Does it look good?
Has thought been given to the client's ease of use when entering content? Are all edge cases covered or knowingly not in scope?
You will monitor project progress and examine, research and resolve issues. You will manage UAT, client review and Explore opportunities to add value.
You will be strategic about when you can handle issues cropping up, and when it's time to escalate before it's too late.
You will also manage UAT and stakeholder reviews.
