About Our Client

Act as the champion to promote the company's products, solutions and services by executing the portfolio's market analysis, development, strategy, integration, and propositions coupled with compelling, integrated go-to-market programs so as to drive and generate strong marketing pipelines that enable the organization to achieve its business objectives in brand awareness and revenue growth.

This Product Marketing Manager position will initially lead the marketing for retail / food / healthcare-related solutions and work closely with the solution, business development and industry engagement teams of our client.

Job Description

  • Analyze market and competitor landscape, understand user needs across industry verticals to provide insights and recommendations for product development
  • Translate customer needs, market trends and product portfolios into viable prepositions to plan and drive go-to-market strategy for various solutions and services
  • Determine product positioning, selling points, value prepositions and key messages, create compelling marketing & promotion programs with an effective mix of marketing tactics to reach the right audience
  • Plan and drive sales & marketing activities to generate leads and achieve business targets, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of the activities
  • Work with Industry Engagement team to identify, liaise and partner with industry stakeholders to create synergy for business growth and development
  • Collaborate with Solution, Business Development and Marketing teams to develop presentations, collateral, case studies and other sales tools to increase win rate
  • Support Solution team to develop and package training content on related products
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder, preferably in IT, Marketing, Product Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years solid experience in product management / marketing
  • Knowledge in I.T solution marketing is needed
  • Good understanding in Food, Retail, FMCG or Healthcare industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A proactive team player with excellent project management, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, able to cope with pressure and work independently
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
