  • He / She will be the key / go-to person for all strategic and transformational work
  • Develop and execute strategies for PVH Supply that are aligned with PVH's vision and long term strategic priorities. The role encompasses supply strategy development, project management, and communications
  • This role will connect all supply strategies for Asia, including but not limited to - Raw Materials, Strategic Sourcing and Planning and the overarching Strategic initiatives and plans for Asia Supply
  • The incumbent must have a proven track record of process creation and leveraging collective knowledge and skills to unlock value for each brand / business, PVH Supply
  • Synthesize and leverage large amounts of data from multiple internal sources to enhance and optimize the outcomes of various supply chain initiatives
  • Manage and engage with cross function teams to define and deliver different strategies and solutions to achieve the business goals

    Strategy Development

  • Measure progress, metrics, key performance indicators, and ROI
  • Assess projects and ideas and present recommendations to leadership, including resourcing needs, and future impact to the business
  • Drive and lead multiple high visibility projects for PVH Supply by establishing a clear vision, directing resources, influencing diverse stakeholders and communicating progress and roadblocks
  • Identify opportunities, inter-dependencies, points of leverage, and best practices across regions; create forum for sharing and alignment with regional leadership
  • Create and manage framework for strategic supplier engagement and management at corporate level
  • Stay up to date on geopolitical trends, trade and policy, and macro factors; track and monitor opportunities & impact to PVH business
  • Project Management

  • Lead the Project Management team
  • Oversee the coordination and enablement of Supply Power Plan execution across regional, corporate, and functional teams
  • Manage portfolio of Supply projects at the corporate level
  • Drive standardization, simplification, tool creation, and reporting
  • Identify white space ideas and opportunities by conducting research and attending external forums- create proposals and action plans for implementation
  • Leadership

  • Manage direct reports and team (if any)
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members, if any. Identify and nurture talent to ensure skillsets of the future and succession plans are in place
  • Collaborate with external L1 & L2 (supply chain partners) to drive key strategies
  • Communications

  • Lead the communication and dissemination of Supply vision and strategies across organization
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling simple way that inspires action
  • Liaise with Corporate Communications team on Supply related communications
  • Develop and socialize key messages to the Supply organization, regional and corporate leadership team, and external partners
  • Communicate progress against initiatives and strategies to multiple levels and functional areas to gain buy in and support, or to influence action
  • Data Analytics

  • Model and frame business scenarios that are meaningful and which impact on critical business processes and / or decisions.
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to select the relevant sources of information
  • Collaborate with the data procurement manager to ensure that the information used follows the compliance, access management, and control policies and that it meets the qualification and assurance requirements of the Institute
  • Roll out and maintain tools and processes to facilitate efficiency and accuracy of information flow across global teams

  • Comfortable making decisions and self-managing
  • Ability to work with leaders to provide team recommendations for final decisions
  • Ability to make decisions for the group and on behalf of the Supply leadership
  • Ability to influence cross functional partners to drive towards common goals and objectives
  • Comfortable using data and multiple inputs to make decisions quickly and move initiatives forward
  • Provide recommendations and guide teams to make decisions in a timely manner

  • Ability to self-manage
  • Ability to analyze multiple areas of the PVH business, recommend, and develop comprehensive plans and initiatives to improve business, communication, and performance in multiple areas.
  • Comfortable with all levels and cultures / relationship builder, needs to be able to navigate within the organization
  • Uses creativity in communication to clearly articulate written and visual messages; includes creative usage of Power Point to convey messages
  • Trusted and respected resource as the "connector" to keep the business on track

    Experience :

  • 10-15 years + experience in either supply chain or consulting preferable
  • Experience working directly with senior level executives
  • Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Education :

  • University degree
  • MBA preferred
  • LEAN, Six Sigma training preferred
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Skills :

  • Ability to quickly build credibility in an effort to gain trust and build relationships
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills required
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
