Major Duties :
a) To perform teaching duties in elderly care services programmes, including pre-service and in-service programmes, and assist in supervision of students’ projects, fieldwork placement and assessments including practical / skills assessments;
b) To assist in accreditation and validation exercises, projects and research;
c) To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
d) To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; and
e) To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions.
a) A recognized relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with postgraduate qualification;
b) Good time management, organization and administrative skills;
c) Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English before the interview.
2) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and work irregular hours and on Saturdays.
