5 work hours, during 7 : 30 a.m.

to 10 : 30 p.m.

on Monday to Sunday including public holidays. Responsibilities :

  • Work in Customer Service call centre, manage calls from tracing hotline and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers
  • Handle shipment tracing, work with other departments and corporate international network and update customers
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions
  • Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
