Thisis an in-house strategy key position for an organized, passionateand goal-oriented talent who understands what projects have incommon, and their strategic role in how organizations succeed,learn andchange.

  • Drivemajor change initiatives acrossfunctions
  • Manage stakeholders relationship andsecure buy-ins to project deliverables
  • Supportenhancement activities on project management capabilities andknowledge management of the team
  • Uphold andenhance the brand of Strategy & Programs within ownnetwork
  • KeyResponsibilities :

  • Leadproject activities and manage effective and timely communication onproject progress and results to (senior)management
  • Execute overall project managementand workstreams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestonesexecution and monitoring)
  • Design and driveanalytics framework to support projectexecution
  • Lead interpretation of projectresults and translate into insights to steer the projectsuccessfully
  • Effectively deploy projectmanagement toolkit to ensure high quality and consistency ofdeliverables
  • Provide guidance and manageactivities of assistant project managers and businessanalysts
  • Manage Product Operations Strategy& Programs departmental activities (e.g. knowledge sharingand employerbranding)
  • KeyRelationships :

  • Initiateproject activities and connect with other stakeholders to shareactivities at work stream level (e.g. GOPS,IT)
  • Initiate and drive discussions withstakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback and gather inputon solutions
  • Establish working relationship andmaintain regular contact withstakeholders
  • Stakeholders can relate to thefollowing core functions : Product Operations(Creation functions, Footwear, Apparel and A&G product ops,etc.
  • Markets (SCM and Salesfunctions) Marketing (horizontal andvertical BU divisions)GOPS (Global IT, SCM,etc.)Corporate functions (e.

  • Basic knowledge of enterprise solutions(e.g. SAP, development systems)
  • Other HRtoolboxes (e.g. Campus and self-learningmodules)
  • Peoplemanagement skills :

  • Work withand guide interns
  • Manage work streamteams
  • Assist coaching of more junior teammembers
  • RequisiteEducation and Qualifications :

  • Minimum3-4 years of relevant work experience in MNC environment ( consulting, or regionalexposure)
  • Within which 2 years of relevantproject management or industryexperiences
  • University degreerequired
  • Candidate with more experience may beconsider as Senior ProjectManager
