  • Drive buying sessions in Paris to ensure best merchandise is purchased at appropriate quantities / sizes to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through
  • Put together seasonal open-to-buy with Business Planning
  • Prepare sales forecast on products, deliver reliable sales planning data
  • Work closely with Supply Chain for production distribution
  • Merchandising

  • In charge of all ready-to-wear related issues
  • Plan seasonal product launch to preview new collection for clients
  • Initiate collection launch trunk shows and prepare looks for presentation
  • Provide the boutique network with relevant collection / product information, sales strategies and selling techniques
  • Work with VM on collection launches, boutique remerchandising & season end sale
  • Conduct market research, competitors analysis and trends
  • Analyze sales performance through sell-through analysis & propose action plan
  • Plan seasonal markdown schedules and provide markdown list
  • Control inventory level
  • Promotion

  • Collaborate with VM team to have synergetic launch, in-store merchandising, window display / visuals
  • Work with PR to ensure brand image promotion is in line with product plan
  • Identify business opportunities with CDM, local markets and retail
  • Propose incentives for selective categories
  • Training

  • Organize / conduct products training
  • Provide relevant product information, sales strategies
  • Profile

  • University graduate in related discipline
  • Previous experience in merchandising of luxury good and service related industry preferred
  • 5-8 years’ relevant working experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skill
  • Communication skill
  • Language skills : English, Cantonese & Mandarin, other language ability is an added advantage
  • Aggressive, Detail-minded, Target-oriented
