Responsibility :

Maintain and update Motor Vehicle Certificate of Roadworthiness, Vehicle Emission Test and Spot Check record

Monitor vehicle license, passenger service license and permit

Liaise with internal departments to gather the application and submit to Transport Department

Handle other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements :

Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration / Transport

At least 3 years working experience in Logistics / Transportation; Experience in public transportation is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Ability to multitask, perform under pressure and work with a tight timeline

Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, meticulous and good analytical thinking

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Immediate availability is preferred
