Description

Preferred Knowledge / Skills

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success with consulting, designing, implementing and contributing as a functional team member on Digital Redesign consulting engagements, including :

Leveraging Business Process knowledge to assist clients in the implementation and support of enterprise / digital solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday, Salesforce, UiPath, BluePrism, etc) packaged solutions, and improving business processes;

Understanding the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors : banking, insurance, and / or investment management, aerospace and defense, automotive, healthcare, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities; and,

Participating on proposal development efforts.

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with technology functional configuration and development.

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs : actively participating in client discussions and meetings;

communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents; and, balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success as a team leader : creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and, keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

Requirements :

University degree majoring in accounting, business administration, information systems, computer science, engineering, statistics, accounting, and / or business administration;

Experienced with major ERP product design / implementation and / or controls assurance experience with reputable international professional / consulting firm or multi-national corporations;

Candidate with less years of experience will be considered for Senior Associate or Associate positions);

1 2 years of experience for project management, system requirement study, design and implementation experience for ERP and Automation solutions ;

Strong fluency in information technology concepts in the areas of systems development, change management, computer operations and access to programs and data;

ability to identify and assess business requirement and linkage to IT systems;

Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese;

Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity;

Effective project management, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential;

Flexibility to travel to out-of-town engagements;

Professional qualifications : Key ERP / RPA product certificates, PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.
