Role And Responsibilities
Promote and support New World SV2030 target achievement by managing and analysing ESG data at the Group level. Facilitate improvement actions in business units especially project management, property management and construction
Actively drive actions towards our Science Based Targets by supporting Scope 3 (upstream) data collection, liaising with BU and engaging suppliers
Drive supply chain ESG initiatives to enhance their performance and reduce impacts
Key player to ensure the proper delivery of the annual sustainability report
Support the Group's business objectives and department-related endeavors
Requirements
7+ years' working experience in sizeable corporations in corporate sustainability including sustainability reporting, supply chain performance management, building or construction energy efficiency, carbon auditing, renewable energy projects etc.
Working experience in construction or consultancies are highly preferable. Candidates with less experience will be considered as AM.
Master Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Certification in GRI G4 and carbon auditing and accreditation in building standards (BEAM Pro, LEED AP, WELL AP) will be an advantage
Self-starter and passionate about driving business value through ESG
Enjoys a face paced environment, dedicated, strong sense of responsibility & accountability
Proactive, passionate in sustainability and open to challenges
Hands on, flexible, excellent prioritisation skills and possessing all rounded skillsets, from strategizing to executions
Well-presented and solid communications skills (written and spoken Chinese and English)
