The Department
Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
You will :
assist in conducting site appraisal, design feasibility and programme planning for the Club’s new development and existing properties in Hong Kong and China
coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to undertake property projects and Club expansion projects from inception to handover stage
assist in preparation of design brief, tender document and for recruitment of consultant team to undertake planning, feasibility studies and design work
manage design consultants’ performance and ensure deliverables are on time to meet progress throughout the project, including internal approvals
assist to ensure all designs are fully compliant with all statutory departments
coordinate with internal stakeholder on communication and marketing materials
You should have :
a degree in Architecture or a design related discipline
membership of HKIA or other equivalent professional bodies with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years in design and project management.
Prior work experience with developers / in commercial, hospitality or retail will be an advantage
good communication and interpersonal skills
fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
hands-on experience in using Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup and MS Office applications

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
