Position Overview

Within a very strong, cohesive APAC buying organization, reporting to the Manager, Data Analytics & Central Reporting, the appointee will have the primary responsibilities of supporting the buying, planning and allocation teams across divisions and channels with product performance, data analytics and reporting as well as system maintenance, upgrades, integration and data accuracy.

This position will work across all channels, divisions and markets inclusive of partnership with EMEA counterparts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product performance & Data analytics :

  • Help create, maintain and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Ensure timely execution and data accuracy
  • Provide high-level insights including evident risks and opportunities within the business based on the reporting analytics
  • Bring attention to areas of concern
  • Generate ad hoc product performance and analytics as needed (can be high-level down to style level information and as broad as global performance down to door level)
  • Support data collection, exploration and visualization
  • Monitor data integrity
  • Build and foster strong, cross-functional partnerships and relationships
  • Be a student of the business, learn about the needs of the buying, planning and allocation teams; identify and / or create solutions that support those needs.
  • Aid team’s ad hoc requests and reports
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • 2-3 years prior experience in Retail Merchandise / Buying or related experience in fashion retail industry.
  • Proficient in both Windows, MS Office (Especially Excel - Pivot Table and Vlook up). Familiar with systems such as : GFE+, SAP, D365, POWER
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify commercial opportunities based on analysis produced
  • Comprehensive administrative experience.
  • Highly organized and the ability to prioritize team work schedule based on broader business requirements
  • Curious, willing to develop and solution-oriented
  • Good communication skills both upwards to Senior Management and laterally to business partners both internal and external
  • To demonstrate an ability to operate independently within set business goals, working closely with senior business partners
