We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Business Management . Principal responsibilities
Champion the strategic agenda for Asia Pacific Commercial Banking in coordination with commercial banking senior management in Asia Pacific markets.
Improve organization design and efficiency, and support implementation of Global strategic programmes in Asia Pacific.
Drive cross market digital initiatives from ideas to implementation, in collaboration with Global, Regional, Country stakeholders across commercial banking, products, marketing, Information Technology, etc.
Define opportunities that leverage digital assets to improve experience of customers and staff
Apply metrics and user feedback to continuously shape and improve the digital assets launched. Responsible to commercialize and improve Return On Investment
Review implications of new technologies, services and changes in competitive, regulatory landscapes on digital, and bring in external insights to uplift the digital capability of commercial banking
Ability to translate Commercial Banking strategy into actions and measurable targets, distill complex issues into manageable parts, and bring senior executives from different parts of the bank to align on solutions
Extensive experience with strategy implementation and product development activities including opportunity sizing and business casing, project execution, stakeholder management and post launch performance management
Substantial experience in commercial banking, trade finance or payments with strong understanding of Digital business
Ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization.
Customer focused, outcome oriented, able to deliver to deadlines.
Strong thought leadership and creativity to proactively propose new business opportunities and resolve issues
Experience with digital product development and management an advantage
Experience in a global or regional roles, working effectively to deliver targets across diverse cultures
