We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, New Business Implementation .
Responsible for the new business on boarding process for clients based in the Asia pacific region within a prescribed risk profile, product scope, timeline and resources, from business approval, agreeing key operational requirements, getting requisite setups completed, navigating legal documentation, arranging asset transitions all the way to go-live
Engage with Service Delivery and Product teams to ensure client requirement are serviceable or on a development path
Maintain a library of current documentation and processes for new case onboarding
Work closely with Sales and Client Management teams and key personnel at client's end to ensure a smooth on-boarding and operation and a long-term business relationship
Communicate with and keep clients and internal stakeholders updated on the status on a periodic basis, escalate and report any issues
Relevant experience in Global Banking and Markets businesses
Familiarity and experience in asset custody, market regulations, fund structures and associated industry practices will be an advantage
Excellent written English, excellent oral skills in English. Mandarin and Cantonese skills will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal skill
Proven ability of managing stakeholders
Ability to understand detailed operational and regulatory requirements
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Willing to drive change and improve client experience
