The role of the Football and Lottery Marketing Department is to develop and implement short and long-term business strategies and plans to support the Club’s sports betting and lottery business.
report to the department head;
act as team secretary and provide secretarial support to the team;
manage business schedule of the department head and assist in preparing and circulating meeting agenda, presentations and papers;
assist in the management of departmental budget and expenditure;
check documents before submission to the department head for approval, e.g. marketing materials, contracts, quotations and PO;
assist in ensuring policy and process compliance;
undertake other duties as assigned by the department head
You should have
a degree preferably in the field of Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or Communication;
a minimum of 3 years’ solid secretarial experience gained from sizable organizations;
excellent communication skill with good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
ability to be a good team player, multi-tasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines;

Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
