Crypto.com is seeking a Growth Partnerships Associate to join our User Acquisition team. Reporting to the VP of Growth, the role will be integral in the continued success and growth of Crypto.
com’s partner programs to drive user acquisition and awareness for our products.
This role is a unique combination of performance marketing expertise and partnership strategies. You will be responsible for managing relationships with business partners and for maximising return on ad spend.
You will take over and oversee a strong portfolio of assigned strategic accounts (including top cryptocurrency names globally), make use of your negotiation and interpersonal skills to nurture relationships, and leverage data and reports to drive business value for Crypto.com.
What you will be doing
Oversee and manage portfolio of strategic advertising accounts and
Convey value propositions of Crypto.com’s products to current and prospective partners prime advertising placements for user acquisition goals, and leverage performance by providing and ingesting reports
Seek and secure new partnerships with other websites / platforms in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, and ecommerce spaces
Develop strong, long-term relationships with key account stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise return on advertising spend
Ensure timely and successful launch of our ad campaigns to support user acquisition needs and objectives, including attribution and tracking as needed
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform growth strategy
Recommend campaign, app, and website optimisation and run A / B tests accordingly
Partner with Analytics and Data Teams across functions to fully leverage company-level metrics, BI tools, data structure, and data request processes
Track and report key growth metrics on a regular basis
Work with Growth, Product, and Strategy teams to identify and grow opportunities within territories
Collaborate with the Creative team to prepare advertising material as needed
Who you are
BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development / Partnership Development / Account Management for global accounts
Outstanding skills in problem-solving, business development, and negotiation
Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth strategies
Experience in running Cost-Per-Action advertising campaigns
Excellent command of English, both written and verbally
Experience in advertising for cryptocurrency-related products a plus
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects with a strict eye for detail
Knowledge on cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, e-commerce, accounting, and economics
Experience using BI software (Tableau, BigQuery, etc) is a plus
Proficiency in following tools required
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Appsflyer or similar MMPs
Tableau or other data visualisation software
MS Office suite of products
