Job Description

  • To provide office clerical support as required.
  • To assist and prepare the document and quotations of projects.

    To prepare time sheet, financial plan report, project closing.

    To arrange the petty cash entry, interdepartmental cost transfer and staff telephone list.

    To prepare the purchasing order, balance sheet, manhour calculation and summary / report.

  • To generate stock consumption analysis regularly and prepare requisition requests to Strategic Purchasing Department accordingly.
  • To inspect and allocate appropriate store location for received items and handle the respective documents.
  • To assist in the process of ISO auditing.
