Job Description :
Managing Datacenter activities such as Device Install / Removal / Move (Touch Services), Tape Media handling, Escort Vendor IN / OUT of DC and support other activities around DataCenter Operations. Responsibilities :
Hardware Install / Remove / Move - Servers / Network Hardware (including troubleshoot)
Cabling infrastructure implementation and support (including troubleshoot)
Hardware Receiving and Shipping
Asset management and inventory control
Hardware disposal support and management
Power down and special event support (BCP drill etc.)
Tape media management - backup / restore processes / off-site recall
Vendor coordination
24 / 7 Oncall Support
