You will be part of Blue Prism’s Go to Market team in Greater China that will focus on FSI (Banking and Insurance) in the Region.
Our product is one that is Business-led and you will have responsibility of providing valued insight into current market needs, CxO objectives and ensuring our propositions meet the ongoing demands of C Suite whilst they consider ongoing transformational objectives.
You will take responsibility for the financial performance of FSI accounts in your region, and for the FSI forecasts and pipeline.
In addition, you will leverage your in-depth domain subject matter expertise, industry relationships and hands-on transformational experience, to support key relationships and key deals as well as working with multi-disciplinary teams and facing off with senior client stakeholders, SME’s as well as actively managing client relationships and developing innovative approaches / solutions to sales and delivery.
10- 15 years’ experience working at Account Manager / Director level with major Enterprise Software Vendors.
Broad knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry
Possessing key client relationships and industry network in the Region
Excellent client management experience including aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
Large 'key' account experience and track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue streams
Ability to operate and work with a team to support themselves and the partners
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
Previous sales experience gained within software or IT sales organization
Experience of selling SaaS, PaaS solutions highly advantageous
CXO level relationship management
Must have an excellent understanding of complex solution selling with a proven track record of success
Excellent communicator - both written and verbally
Self-motivated, results orientated, proactive and reliable
Demonstrates high energy with a passion for success and commitment
Your Responsibilities :
Working as part of a highly driven enterprise sales team, you will have responsibility for helping to shape the solution, proposition, vision and go-to-market strategy for Blue Prism
Own and hit / exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory
Identify and report on new business opportunities in target markets
Credible at executive and operational level
Broad industry experience Banking & Finance, Insurance Sector
Greater China-wide geographical remit
Ability to build trust & deep multi-tiered relationships through our customers at CxO level
Ability to work on a mixture of new business and account management within an indirect environment but with direct solution sales experience
Inquisitive and tenacious in a complex competitive scenario
Internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships with Senior Execs are key
Providing clear thought leadership to the Sales Organization within the region in respect of industry input
Walking the corridors of the CxO community positioning Blue Prism as part of their Digital Strategy
