  • Higher Diploma graduate or above
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customers
  • Handle enquiry on Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme products or other specified program from agents /
  • Responsibilities :

  • Complete a pre-defined volume of outbound calls within our service turnaround time with quality
  • Resolve requests within standard response times and obtain necessary information to support resolution of problems raised by customers, including escalation to management
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Keep accurate records of request and resolution and ensure assigned jobs are completed within the standard service time with good quality
  • Customer Service Representative (VHIS program) 6 months contract ($14-16K)

  • Handle enquiry on Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme products or other specified program from agents / customers through dedicated hotline
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed within the preset time limits and up to good quality standards
  • Cooperate closely with other departments
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
  • Experience & Qualifications :

  • Higher Diploma graduate or above
  • At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience is preferred
  • LOMA qualifications are well-regarded
  • Knowledge / Skills :

  • Must enjoy talking to customers and have good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customers
  • Adherence to quality standards
  • PC literate in Word and Excel
