Job Accountabilities
Responsible for system development, coding and design, including documentation for project or system enhancement to meet business goals and objectives
Follow-through the entire software development life cycle such as design, development, implementation, maintenance and improvement
Manage vendors and monitor the respective service level to ensure the project deliverables are in good quality
Provide support to the system implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues and training
Manage, investigate and resolve production system issues with vendors and internal application teams
Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors to ensure the systems are running smoothly in supporting the daily business operations
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 8 years of Java development experience, preferably in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services industry
Proficient in Springboot, Maven, Gradle, Microservices, MyBatis, MSSQL, DB2, AngularJS
Familiar with various integration architectures with RESTful / SOAP services
Knowledge of GA and SSIS will be advantage
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
