Responsibilities :

  • Provide support for regular office administration & HR functions
  • Perform daily general office administration duties, including monitoring the maintenance of office equipment, coordinating meeting, travel & accommodation arrangement
  • Handle HR duties including C&B enrolment, overseas payroll calculation, join and leave management, and staff benefits review
  • Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned independently & professionally
  • Requirement :

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or HR related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of general Office Administration & HR experience
  • Proficiency with PC software - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • Working hour : Monday to Friday 9 : 00-18 : 00

    Location : Sheung wan
