Job responsibilities :
Daily supply chain operations
Purchase order creation and fulfilment with local, Chinese, and international suppliers
Draw and apply LCs and payments
Assist suppliers in preparing and checking for all required paperwork, incl.artwork,certificate and shipping documents
Arrange PSI(Pre-shipping inspection)
Arrange and tracking local and international logistics (air / sea / road / rail freight) to ensure shipments can be delivered to customers on time
Product / components sourcing
Manage and evaluate suppliers' performances to enhance operation efficiency
Compile reports for internal analysis and ensure operational targets are achieved
Continuous Improvements, also expect in time more cross-functional Supply Chain tasks including project,QC and system.
Other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
Educations & specialized knowledge :
Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or international trade (strongly preferred), Master is highly preferred.
Minimum 1 years of proven experience in (international) Supply Chain, Order management, Demand & Supply Planning and international operational working environment (big plus)
Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).

具备良好的谈判技巧 沟通技巧 分析能力 执行力 项目管理等相关能力
熟练掌握Microsoft Office应用程序 ERP系统
Strong negotiation skills to achieve good purchase prices and lead times (strong plus)
Good analytical,problem solving skills.Project management and communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Skills & experience in ERP systems is a plus.
Team player, results oriented and self-driven
Location is based in the Hong Kong office, but can be required to be travelled in domestic sometimes.
