Credit Manager (Hotels & Serviced Apartments)

The Job

  • Oversee and manage credit control and collection of the hotels and F&B outlets
  • Manage accounts receivable, all-round credit control and review
  • Keep close communication with external business partners on credit collection
  • Liaise closely with internal departments to actively monitor accounts receivable and credit card entries, and to ensure all invoices are issued in accurate, timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare AR aging monthly report and monitor collection
  • Prepare and involve in month end closing for account receivables
  • Ensure adherence to the hotel’s credit policy; involve in continual improvement in the process on the credit and accounts receivable
  • Supervise sub-ordinates in credit administration and accounting functions
  • The Requirement

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent discipline
  • 5 years and / or above of experience in hotel industry, with Opera / POS system knowledge is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as capability to interact effectively with all levels
  • Assertive, responsible, high level of initiative and integrity and willing to change
