About the job :
Play a key role in data analytics & product strategy including market intel and governance, visualisation of global product strategy planning, product and capability evaluation & etc with the use of electronic data provider and other analytical tools
Partner with Product Strategy, Product Management, and Product Development to make recommendations on new product launch expectations
Maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor original launch expectations against actual results and ensure accuracy as future expectations change
Provide regular insights derived from interpreting and understanding data analysis and local market knowledge
Drive innovation for improved predictive analytic capabilities
Work closely with various internal business stakeholders to enhance the processes
Bachelor degree holder with minimum 3 years of product strategy OR consulting / business analysis experience with the capacity of understanding, interpreting and delivering meaningful insights that provide clear data driven decision capabilities
Solid knowledge of APAC markets and institutional & retail clients
MBA, MS Business Analytics, CFA, or CAIA designations are a plus
High level proficiency with Microsoft applications; specifically, Microsoft Power BI and Excel required. Proficiency with various EDPs such as eVestment Analytics and Morningstar Direct required.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects in support of senior management and key initiatives / results
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills required; native English speakers preferred
