Job Duties & Requirement

Handle Daily Sales & Purchases Data

Assist to Daily Sales Report

Assist to Forecast Sales Target & Budget planning

Assist to Monthly End Report

Prepare Power Point of Weekly Meeting

Calculating New Store budget

Assist to review the raw materials, labor and fixed asset values

Preparation of Management & Analysis reports

Good knowledge of MS Office (Formula : vlookup , index, indirect, etc )

Knowledge in accounting software and ERP ( NAV, Sage)

Assist to Ad-hoc assignment
